I recently became a Zumba instructor to share my love of exercise, health and happiness with others. As a busy working mom of two amazing girls, I realize how important it is for women to take time to care of ourselves! And Zumba is the answer!

A Zumba workout is a Latin inspired, dance-based workout that’s loads of fun and…can burn between 500 and 1000 calories in an hour! Anyone can take a Zumba class and be successful. From the fitness professional to the mom who wants to get back into shape. Zumba combines music with easy to follow dance routines with high energy, to ensure success for all!
