Our Profile

Core Fitness Gym is located in Ludlow MA. We proudly serve the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts with our state of the art Facility. We offer a extensive and complete free weight area with plenty of equipment to go around. Our dedicated cardio section is outfitted with treadmills, recumbant bikes, upright bikes, ellipticals and stair climbers, not to mention a 12 piece strength equipment circuit. Core Fitness opened its doors in April 2001, with one focus in mind;

Core Fitness was founded on the most important operating principle in fitness – Service! Because the level of service and guidance we provide, members are returning year after year! We know that “word of mouth” is the best form of advertising. That is why we excel at providing a level of service second to none. We strive to give our members the best experience possible. Another very important value we live by at Core Fitness, is treating each and every member with genuine respect. Being genuine is a unique trait of Core Fitness, rarely found in the fitness industry today.

To accomplish this we utilize a combination of old school methods with new school practices. You’ve heard the phrase, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” We continue to employ old school ways of diet and exercise that have worked for decades!

In today's fast-paced world, people have lost sight and direction of how to obtain fitness. Time management is probably the most important element to incorporating exercise into a weekly schedule. It is our belief society has been misled over the past several years, regarding the amount of exercise needed. You get what you give – give little effort your results with be minimal if any. Consistently work hard and you will benefit tremendously.

This is where we come in. We know what it takes to get you in shape and we truly want to help you get into shape! Whether you want to lose some weight, tone up or build muscle, we are here to help!
